Ruslan Khalilov is a throat singer, song writer, experimental sportsman, Aikidoka and innovative AcroYoga teacher.

Ruslan has settled in Belgium, since 2001 – his 3rd country after Soviet Union and Russian Federation. Originally from a huge city of Moscow, it was a whole process of understanding and adapting – for the 3rd time – to a different culture of a tiny country. That
background, combined with his dedication to understand how things function, love for moving and doing, and his deep connection with different kinds of arts, led him to multidimensional sports, such as Aikido and AcroYoga.

His typical features are detecting simplicity in most complicated processes, ability to guide others in clear steps and a natural addiction of breaking down the ice with humor, optimism and ease.

Ruslan and Saar are among the leading figures of the AcroYoga scene in Belgium, sharing their knowledge gained from their own exploration process and inspired by different intensive trainings in Thailand, India, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Canada and Russia.

During their classes and workshops, Saar & Ruslan emphasize the importance of stable basics, with a profound accent on progressive techniques. They explain in all the necessary details individual and partner aspects of AcroYoga, encouraging their students to explore and to reflect on the process.Besides the technical approach, they also make space for creativity, playfulness and relaxation, with a focus on a tranquil and fluent breathing.
